Trading Terms
Ordering From Pagan Jewellery:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.  Your details are never shared with anyone else and your payment is made through a secure site.


Delivery schedule:

We usually despatch goods same or next working day an order is received but please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World. 

Payment:

We accept payment by Cheque, Postal Order, Nochex (UK only) and via Paypal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s.  Please be aware cheque payments must clear before your order will be despatched.  Make cheques payable to Earth Star and please include your full delivery address, email address if possible and information on the item(s) you wish to purchase.  Don't forget to include P&P costs!  We like to provide a prompt, reliable service and ensuring you provide all the necessary information saves us time on despatching all orders.   Please send cheques to:

Packaging:

At Pagan Jewellery, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. As we are keen to protect the environment we use recycled packaging whenever possible and ask that you too re-use or recycle our packagaing if possible.  We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item in it's packaging and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Returns:

If for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Please note, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless damaged.  When returning goods, please ask at your Post Office for Proof of Posting.

Items lost in the post:

If items have not arrived after 20 working
days we will require a written statement from you as Royal Mail
investigate most lost claims, the details of which will be emailed to
you.  We will then fill out any necessary claim forms at the post
office which we will submit together with your statement.  In the event
that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as
soon as we have clearance from Royal Mail. This can take several weeks
but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as
appropriate.
